ITI Festival Forum - Mission Statement

The International Festivals Forum (IFF) is a working group of festival programmers, fundraisers/producers, facilitators,  and artists involved in festival work.

IFF wishes to underline and give world wide recognition to the fact that ITI is a global network of professional festival organizers doing important work for the performing arts in their respective countries, regions, and cities, both at the national and international level.

ITI festivals are special festivals - the label “ITI” must be established as an exclusive quality label in the field.

IFF works for better visibility and accessibility of ITI festivals around the world (visibilité de nos projets / visibilité de notre travail).

IFF facilitates international personal contact and exchange among festival workers and considers itself a lobbying organization for the promotion of the work of ITI festivals around the world.

It is a network of specialists in the field who will meaningfully advise and help orient international festival scouts and programmers from among the working group towards interesting work and productions.

IFF may eventually aim at promoting individual productions both inside and outside the working group.
